1.1 Enrollment covers 5 named participants.
1.2 Substitutions may be made up until the course start date.
1.3 Once the course has begun, substitutions are no longer permitted.Attendance
2.1 All 5 participants must attend 100% of scheduled sessions.
2.2 Approved absences:Death of an immediate relative (proof required within 14 calendar days), orCertified medical illness (doctor’s note within 5 working days).
2.3 Any participant failing attendance without approved exemption will render the group ineligible for refund.Assessment
3.1 All participants must complete the final assessment.
3.2 Each must score a minimum of 80% to count as a “pass.”Refund Guarantee
4.1 Refunds are all-or-nothing. If fewer than 5 participants meet attendance and pass criteria, no refund will be issued.
4.2 Refunds are processed within 30 days via the original payment method.

# Terms & Conditions – Individual Enrollment
## (AI & ML or AI Mastery, single-seat bookings)---## 1. Enrollment
1.1 Enrollment is for one individual seat only.1.2 Enrollment is non-transferable once payment is processed.1.3 Course Access Period: Participants have 3 months from the date of enrollment to access and complete their course. After this period, access will expire without refund.---## 2. Attendance
2.1 Participants must attend 100% of scheduled sessions to remain eligible for performance-based refunds (Section 5).2.2 Absences will only be excused in cases of:
- Death of an immediate relative (proof required within 14 calendar days), or
- Certified medical illness (doctor's note required within 5 working days).2.3 Course sessions must be completed within the 3-month access period.---## 3. Assessment
3.1 Participants must complete the final assessment within the 3-month access period.3.2 A minimum score of 80% is required to qualify for performance-based refunds (Section 5).3.3 Assessment results are final and not subject to appeal.---## 4. Retakes
4.1 If the participant fails the final assessment on the first attempt, one retake is available within 7 days of the initial attempt.4.2 A retake fee of £100 will apply.4.3 Retakes must be completed within the original 3-month access period.4.4 If the retake is passed, performance-based refund eligibility remains valid.---## 5. Performance-Based Refund Guarantee
5.1 Standard performance refunds are only issued if:
- All attendance and assessment criteria are met (Sections 2 & 3), and
- The participant passes the final assessment (on first attempt or approved retake), and
- The participant has NOT claimed a Team Prediction Promotion refund (Section 6).5.2 Performance-based refunds are processed within 30 days via the original payment method.5.3 No partial refunds will be granted under any circumstances.---## 6. Team Prediction Promotion (Limited Time)
6.1 Eligibility: Participants who enroll and select a team prediction during the promotional booking process.6.2 Promotion Deadline: Team Prediction Promotion enrollment closes at 12:00 PM (midday) UK time on Saturday, 27 September 2025. No team predictions will be accepted after this deadline.6.3 Refund Conditions:
- If your selected team wins the Women's Rugby World Cup 2025 Final (27 September 2025), you will receive a full course fee refund.
- This refund is processed within 30 days of the official match results.6.4 Mutual Exclusivity Clause:
- IMPORTANT: Participants who receive a Team Prediction Promotion refund are NOT eligible for any other refunds, including performance-based refunds (Section 5).
- Similarly, participants who claim performance-based refunds forfeit any right to Team Prediction Promotion refunds.
- Only ONE refund type may be claimed per enrollment.6.5 No Double Refunds: Under no circumstances will multiple refunds be issued for the same enrollment.6.6 Final Match Details: The promotion is based on the Women's Rugby World Cup 2025 Final match result on 27 September 2025.---## 7. Access and Technical Requirements
7.1 Participants are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate technical equipment and internet connectivity.7.2 Technical issues on the participant's end do not constitute grounds for refund or extension of the 3-month access period.7.3 Course materials and access expire after 3 months regardless of usage or completion status.---## 8. General Refund Limitations
8.1 No refunds will be issued for:
- Failure to access the course within the 3-month period
- Voluntary non-attendance
- Dissatisfaction with course content
- Change of mind after enrollment
- Technical issues on the participant's end8.2 Refund Processing: All approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 30 days.8.3 Final Decision: All refund decisions are final and not subject to appeal.---## 9. Course Modifications
9.1 We reserve the right to modify course content, schedules, or delivery methods with reasonable notice.9.2 Substantial changes that affect course value may result in alternative arrangements or pro-rated refunds at our discretion.---## 10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Our liability is limited to the course fee paid.10.2 We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.---## 11. Governing Law
11.1 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.11.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.---By enrolling in this course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
